It's been a strange few months I seem to have blinked & missed most of them. I've had problems with the vision in my right eye, the pupil doesn't fully dilate leaving it blurry. It's very odd looking in the mirror & seeing a maniac staring back. The main trouble is that my right eye is my dominant one. It's the one I look through my cameras viewfinder with. It's a lot harder than it sounds using your weaker eye. Try it yourself.I had a MRI can on my brain last month so it's official I DO have a brain & I don't have any tumours or nasties causing problems but they still don't know what's causing it. To take my mind off this my body decided that I needed a distraction so the dull sometimes there sometimes not pain in my abdomen is now there with a vengeance "they" think I might have another Fistula & may be about to loose a Kidney. At Least I've got a spare. Over the last few months I've had cameras in/up three orifices...I hope the next test is a scan rather than another scope I don't think there's anywhere else to stick one.

A couple of weeks ago Parker ( My Disability assist/therapy dog. to give him his full title) was attacked whilst walking through a Traveller/Gipo/Soap dodger site that had sprang up behind a pub on one of his walks. Two dogs attacked Parker, though one of them ran off squealing. He had a split from his left eye lid about 2 inches long. The Vet kept him in over night & he had 10 stitches the next morning. Whist this was happening MrsZ & I when the Police station to report it ( apparently they take dog attacks very seriously now). We collected Parker later that day he was very groggy & kept stumbling in to furniture with his cone. Sorry but I couldn't help laughing. I think it's amazing how quickly dogs heel the stitches came out last Friday & you can hardly see the scar. The police phoned us later that same afternoon & told us that they had had several more complaints & would be paying them a visit. The Traveller/Gipo/Soap dodgers upt & moved...They are currently camped out in Tesco's car park...We've decided we won't use the bottle bank for a while.

Remember, you don't know what you can't do until you try.
